Q：How long does it take to get the sample ready?

2-3 days will finish the sample, and 5-12 days will arrive at your address. Also, we can help you send it to your agent, from Guangzhou, China.

Q：Can you customize the samples/formulation according to my ingredients and efficacy?

Sure! We can customize it to your desired ingredients, efficacy, texture, color, and fragrance based on our mature formulas.

Q：Is the sample free? How many bottles can I get?

Yes, the sample is free and we generally offer 5-8pcs for each item. You just only pay the shipping cost by PayPal, T/T, or Alibaba.

Q：Where is your factory located? Can I visit there?

Welcome,! Our factories are located in the Baiyun district, Guangzhou, China, and near the Baiyun airport. 

Q：Can I purchase your products in bulk? How is the MOQ?

Yes. Each variety starts at 50kg or 1000pcs in bulk

Q：Can I get a sample with my own logo?

Due to the long time and high cost of customized samples. But we provide free packaging design services. Usually, we’ll provide the packaging effect picture with your logo as a reference first. At the same time, the sample will be sent with the packing container you want.

Q：How is the payment？

50% Deposit for order confirmation, 50% balance payment within one day before delivery.

Q：How long is the production lead time?

The production time of skin-care packaging is generally 25-35 days, depending on different materials and bottle molds. When the packaging is ready, the time for mass production is 7-15 days. It can be controlled according to the actual situation of the order, please feel free to contact us.

Q：What documents and certificates can you provide?

We can provide all the documents required for customs clearance and registration (MSDS, product formulations, COA, product stability assessment reports, etc.). Free trade certificates, halal certification,etc. are not a problem. Please feel free to contact us.
